La Jolla Volleyball 2013 SPRING Indoor Season
We have over 100 girls registered for our Spring 2013 season, thanks to all who participated in tryouts! Tryouts and Player Assessments are complete, but we do have room for a few more players, depending on age/grade. Send an email to Barb if interested.
LJV club volleyball Spring Season consists of 1-2 practices/week (depending on team placement), tournament entry fees, gym rental fees, uniform package, insurance, equipment and great coaching. Assessments & practices began in October and continue Nov-Dec. Main season: January-May. Advanced teams may play into June.

Spring 2013 Teams:
LJV Local Teams 10U-14U: practice/play 6x/month, incl. 6 local tournaments, $1150/season
LJV Local Elite Teams 12-1 & 13-1: practice/play 8x/month, incl. 6+ tournaments, $1400/season
(have the option to add Summer Soiree for an additional cost)
LJV Travel Team: meet 8x/mo, compete in 14U Orange Co. tournaments 8-9x Jan-June, $2300/season

SPRING 2013 COACHES:

PRACTICE SCHEDULE:

TOURNAMENTS:
Tournaments are January-May.
(Most teams will conclude season by end of May. Elite and/or travel teams may continue into June.)
AGES FOR LOCAL TEAMS:
10U = 4th graders (younger players by prior approval only)
11U = 5th graders
12U = 6th graders
13U = 7th graders
14U = 8th graders
AGES FOR TRAVEL TEAMS:
Official SCVA Age Definitions for “Travel” tournaments
12&Under SCVA age = players born on or after September 1, 2000
13&Under SCVA age = players born on or after September 1, 1999
14&Under SCVA age = players born on or after September 1, 1998
